Delivery & Returns
COVID-19 Shipping Information:
During the current Covid-19 pandemic, orders may take up to 7-10days to dispatch due to restrictions we have had to put in place at this time. We will always do our best to get orders out in as short a time frame as possible. Once your order dispatches it will then take 1-3 additional days for delivery in Ireland and 5-14 days for the UK. EU countries will take longer. Please note these dispatch and delivery times do not include bank holidays, weekends, Black Friday and sale times. Delivery may take longer during these times.
Please expect delays around sale times, Bank Holidays, Black Friday and Christmas. Due to higher order volumes orders may take 1-2weeks to dispatch. Orders are dispatched in order of when the order was placed.
We use DPD and An Post for shipping our orders. Please expect delivery delays around sale periods such as Black Friday and Christmas due to higher parcel volumes. This is something out of our control.
UK and International deliveries will take longer due to delivery times being different in the UK and other countries.
Once we have dispatched an order we are not responsible for delivery time.
We have many shipping options available.
Flat Rate Tracked Ireland and Northern Ireland (€4.95): 1-3 days from date of dispatch within Ireland (We aim to dispatch your order within 24hours during non sale or seasonal times)
Standard UK Non Tracked (€4.50): 5-14 days from date of dispatch (excluding seasonal periods which may take longer)
UK Tracked (€8.95): 1-4 days from date of dispatch (excluding seaonal periods which may take longer)
Rest of World shipping charges available at checkout.
Please note Rest of World current delivery times vary due to the Covid-19 pandemic and this is out of our control.
During busy periods dispatch may take up to 14 days, we always try our best to get orders out as soon as possible.
What to do if your item is delayed or something is missing from your order:
In the unfortunate event that your order has been delayed for more than 30 days please contact us and we will investigate further.
Missing items must be investigated thoroughly by us with the relevant shipping company before any replacement or refunds are given to the customer.
If your purchase arrives to you damaged or faulty we ask that you contact us via email at “email@example.com“. We will then ask you to return the item/items within 30days of purchase. A refund will only be issued once we receive the damaged/faulty item and it has been inspected. If a refund has been approved the payment will be returned (excluding postage) via the same payment method used to purchase the item.
What to do if you are unhappy with your purchase:
If for some reason you are unhappy with any or all of your items purchased we ask that you contact us via email at “firstname.lastname@example.org” and then return the item/items in their original packaging unused. All items will be inspected before a refund (excluding postage) can be issued. For hygiene reasons items returned in an unsaleable condition cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be returned. This is to allow your items to return back to us and the payment to be processed back to you.
